% 19.12.2018 This petition is filed by the complainant seeking the following relief:- "a) The complaint case No 464489/2016 under Section 200 Cr.P.C. pending before the court of Ld Ms Pooja Talwar C.M.M (South), Saket Court, New Delhi and the charge sheet pertaining to the aforesaid complaint under F.I.R No. 134/2010 pending before the Ld CMM (South East), Saket Court, New Delhi, may be adjudicated by any one of the courts."

The lis is between petitioner No. 1 and respondent No.2. The respondents have not yet been summoned before the learned Trial Court. Chargesheet has been filed in the latter case bearing FIR No.134/2010. In the circumstances, in the interest of justice, Complaint Case No. 464489/2016, pending before the Court of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, Saket District Courts, New Delhi, is transferred to the Court of the learned Chief Metropolitan

Magistrate, South-East, Saket District Courts, New Delhi. The file of the transferred case shall be reached to the latter Court by 15.01.2019, when the case shall be listed before that Court. The petition is disposed-off in terms of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
