% 05.11.2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his request for posting in or around Delhi. He contends that he is scheduled to retire in June, 2016.
This Court had required the respondents to consider the petitioner's case. Today, they have produced a copy of an order dated 26.10.2015 which reads as follows:- "Order As approved by the competent authority, No 780012459 Inspr Avtar Singh of 159 Bn BSF is hereby posted to 95 Bn BSF, Bondsi, Delhi on terminal ground with immediate effect.

Relive above subordinate officer to his new place of posting immediately and render compliance to this HQ by 05 Nov 2015.

The copy of the above order is hereby taken on record. The respondents contend that 95 Battalion to which the petitioner has been transferred, would be reporting to Bondsi immediately after conclusion of Bihar elections. The respondent shall issue an appropriate order requiring the petitioner to report to 95 Battalion at Bondsi within two weeks from today.
The writ petition along with the pending applications is disposed of in the above terms.
