This writ petition seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to implement the "Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 in Delhi as well as in the National Capital Region with immediate effect.

Appearing on advance notice, Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned ASC for the Govt. of NCT of Delhi has placed before this court a notice dated 13th December, 2017, issued by the Directorate General of Health Service of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, calling for a meeting of all competent authorities to take a view on

implementation of the provisions of this enactment. Inasmuch as the respondents are concerned with the need to implement the said legislation, this writ petition in our view does not call for any orders from us.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
