1. Fresh notice was issued on 5th September, 2016 to the Respondents through all modes, yet there is no affidavit of dasti service or an affidavit enclosing the tracking report of the courier agency.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to inform the court whether the arbitrator has already been appointed.

3. In the event that an arbitrator has already been appointed, the interim order dated 12th October, 2015 is directed to continue till such time the arbitrator varies or modifies it on an application being filed under Section 17 of the Act.

4. In the event no arbitrator has yet been appointed, the order dated 12th October, 2015 is directed to continue for a period of four weeks from today by which time the Petitioner should take steps to have an O.M.P.(I) 577/2015

arbitrator appointed. In other words, if no steps are taken within four weeks as directed for the appointment of an arbitrator, the interim order dated 12th October, 2015 will come to an end on the expiry of four weeks from today.
