The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the name of the petitioner has been removed from the blacklist and the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if the cause so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is also disposed of.
