% 18.12.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a review application before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal Delhi (DRAT) as in the appeal filed by the Bank being Appeal No. 468/2017, wherein an interim order has been passed restraining the petitioner from creating any kind of third party interest whatsoever in respect of the property in question. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application with the liberty as prayed for. We are hopeful that the DRAT will consider the issue in accordance with law.
