% 08.12.2017 Petitioners who are present in Court states that they are major and have married of their own free will on 5th December, 2017 and therefore seek protection as the marriage is contrary to the wishes of respondent No.2 the father of petitioner No.1. The petitioners have also placed on record proof of their age in the form of ADHAAR card showing that they are major.

Notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. Learned ASC for the State on instructions submits that a missing report was lodged by respondent No.2 qua the missing of petitioner No.1 on which statement of respondent No.2 was recorded who stated that the petitioner No.1 is major and he has no objection to her marrying the petitioner No.2 and he and his family members will not interfere in the happy married life of the petitioners.

In view of the statement of the learned Additional Standing Counsel the petitioner on instructions from the petitioners does not press the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
