O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the said respondents have no objection if the mandate of respondent no.3 is terminated and the matter is referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for appointing a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 25th December, 2010.

I, accordingly, terminate the mandate of respondent no.3 and refer the parties to DIAC. Petitioner and respondent nos.1 and 2 shall appear before DIAC on 1st February, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. DIAC shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 25th December, 2010. The arbitration and the fee shall be governed by the DIAC Rules. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
