% 17.07.2018 Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Anukul of police station Subzi Mandi. Respondent no.2 submits that he is attorney of respondent no. 3. Present FIR No. 241/2009 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC was registered at police station Binda Pur on the complaint of respondent no.2, which is in relation to an immovable property. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably vide compromise deed dated 17th September, 2015, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

It is further submitted that respondent no.2 has compromised the matter with the petitioners on behalf of respondent no.3.

Respondent no.3 submits that he has accepted the compromise deed, inasmuch as, has already received settled amount from

the petitioners. He has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
