% 06.03.2018 This transfer petition has been registered upon reference made by the District & Sessions Judge, North District at Rohini Courts by proceedings drawn on 30.11.2017 in the wake of receipt by post a communication purportedly addressed by the second respondent expressing lack of faith in the judgment of the presiding officer of the concerned Court. Though the second respondent had disowned the said communication, the learned Judge considered it appropriate to send the matter over to this Court with the request of recusal on his part.

The learned counsel on both sides submits that they have full faith in the presiding officer of the concerned Court and, therefore, would like the matter to be continued before the same forum. TR.P.(C.) 204/2017

Having recorded this submission of the parties, the matter is returned to the concerned Court. The parties shall appear before the concerned Court on 1st May, 2018.

The transfer petition stands disposed of with these observations. File shall be returned to the concerned Court with copy of this order. R.K.GAUBA, J.
