O R D E R

% 08.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 (complainant/injured) is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rahul Sagar of Police Station Seema Puri. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 1st December, 2017.

Respondent no. 2 further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1314/2014 under Sections 279/337 IPC registered at Police Station Seema Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
