% 09.02.2018 The parties are involved in marital discord resulting in a number of cases which are pending, two of them pending on the file of the court of Principal Judge, Family Court West at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, they including petition (MT No.1103/2014) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and another petition (GP No.193/2014) under Section 25 of Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890 read with Section 6(1) of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956.

The petitioner is a resident of Hari Nagar, New Delhi which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of West District, Family Court for which it is located at Tis Hazari. The respondent husband has instituted a case for divorce (HMA No.3008/2017) which is pending before Mr. Pitambur Dutt, Judge, Family Courts, South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi. The petitioner prays for transfer of the said case to the Family Court for WestDistrict at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. TR.P.(C.) 206/2017

In spite of service of notice respondent has failed to appear to make any submissions.

The prayer is granted. The divorce case mentioned above stands withdrawn from the file of Mr. Pitambur Dutt, Judge, Family Courts, SouthWest District, Dwarka, New Delhi and transferred to the Court of Ms. Reena Singh Nag, Additional Principal Judge, Family Court (West-District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The transferor court shall send the file to the transferee court after fixing a date for the parties to appear there. The petition and the application filed therewith stand disposed of in above terms.
