% 31.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner challenges communication dated 22nd November, 2017 rejecting the grant of parole to the petitioner for filing Special Leave to Petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, arrangement for the same and maintaining social ties on the ground that there was no compelling emergent ground to grant parole to the petitioner. On a notice being issued a Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report, the address given in the petition by the petitioner has been verified and his wife, son and daughter were found to be living at the given address.
Considering that the petitioner has roots in the society and that the W.P.(CRL) 3471/2017
petitioner is required to file a Special Leave to Petition, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
