% 15.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Deputy Commissioner by way of statutory appeal. She however, submits that keeping in view the fact that the present writ petition has been pending in this Court since 2015, the appellate authority may be directed to decide the appeal in an expeditious manner. The petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the statutory appellate authority. It is directed that in case an appeal is filed by the petitioner within two weeks, the same would be considered on merits and not dismissed on the ground of delay. It is further directed that the concerned Deputy Commissioner would decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 15, 2018/gm
