% 03.10.2024 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant in this case has already been released after undergoing the complete sentence. A communication from the Office of the Superintendent, Central Jail No. 8/9, Tihar, New Delhi dated 12.08.2024 has also been received to this effect. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in these circumstances, he does not want to press the appeal.

In view of the submission made, the present appeal along with the pending applications is disposed of.
