% 11.07.2017 The learned predecessor of this Court vide order dated 20th July, 2016 had prima facie opined that the present suit is not maintainable.

Today despite passover, none is present for the plaintiff. Consequently, the present suit and the pending applications are dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution. MANMOHAN, J JULY 11, 2017 KA
