O R D E R

% 26.04.2018 On 18th January, 2018, this Court passed a preliminary decree of partition defining the share of plaintiffs No.1 & 2 and defendants No.1 & 2 as 1/4th each in the suit property bearing No.A-21, Rama Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi.

In pursuance to the last order, the parties are personally present. After some discussion, the parties as well as their counsel state that they shall sell the suit property jointly by way of a private arrangement within a period of nine months.

It is further agreed that in the event the suit property is not sold jontly within the stipulated period, the parties shall be at liberty to file execution proceedings seeking sale by way of public auction. The statements made by the parties are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same. The suit is also decreed in terms thereof. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet accordingly. Accordingly, present suit and pending applications stand disposed of. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 26, 2018 js
