% 23.02.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that respondent be directed to give seniority to petitioner in terms of the application dated 31st January, 2006 for allotment of alternative plot under the scheme of Large Scale Acquisition, Development and Disposal of Land in Delhi vide award No.14/1992-93 situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Kilokari, Delhi. Learned counsel for respondent submits that applications upto 2005 have been considered and appropriate orders have been passed.
It is further submitted that application of petitioner would be considered as per seniority and will be disposed of in accordance with law.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to
respondent to dispose of the application of petitioner in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within three months.
