By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of appeal (MCA No.13/2017) titled as "Sarwan Kumar Mohan vs. Saroj Kumari @Sweety" pending before the Court of Ms.Raj Rani Mitra, Ld.ADJ-04, Dwarka Court, Delhi, to any District Courts at Patiala House, Saket or Tis Hazari. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent is a practising Advocate in the Dwarka District Court which causes her some apprehension, hence, the petitioner seeks transfer of the matter. He contends that one of the connected civil suit against the respondent has already been transferred to the District Court, Patiala House, New Delhi. 3.

Mr.Arun Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, states at the bar that he has no objection if the said appeal is transferred to the District Court in Patiala House, New Delhi.

In the circumstances, the above said appeal, being MCA No.13/2017, pending in the Court of Ld.ADJ-04, Dwarka Court, Delhi, is transferred to the Court of Ld. District Judge, Patiala House, New Delhi, who shall assign the same to any Court of Ld. Additional District Judge in Patiala House, New Delhi.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
