This is a petition filed under Section 24 CPC seeking transfer of CS No. SCJ/426461 [CS-80/2016] captioned "Saroj Kumari v. Sarwan Kumar", which is currently pending before the learned Civil Judge, Dwarka District Courts, New Delhi to any other District Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the other disputes pending between the same parties, namely, Suit No. 27082/2016 titled "Saroj Kumari v. Sarwan Kumar Mohan & Another"; Suit No. 17785/2016 titled "Sarwan Kumar Mohan v. Saroj Kumari"; C.C. No. 4993631/2016 titled "Saroj Kumari v. Sarwan Kumar Mohan"; and Suit No. 108/2017 titled "Ms Ritu Kapila v. Saroj Kumari" have already been transferred to the District Court Patiala House. 3.

The learned counsel for both the parties state that in the circumstances, the present petition be allowed and the Suit No. CS No.

SCJ/426461 [CS-80/2016] captioned "Saroj Kumari v. Sarwan Kumar" be also transferred to the District Court Patiala House. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the suit - CS No. SCJ/426461 [CS-80/2016] captioned "Saroj Kumari v. Sarwan Kumar" - is transferred from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Dwarka District Court, New Delhi to learned Civil Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Court Complex.

List the matter before the concerned Court on 21.05.2019. 6.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on the said date.

The petition is disposed of.
