% 07.02.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to address the Court on two aspects namely whether the private respondents are amongst those officers who were adjusted against vacancies for the years for which they were not eligible between 1993-98 and whether the adjustment of any of the candidates against vacancies for which they were not eligible according to the petitioners, in any event, affects the seniority position of the petitioners in the rank of Assistant Engineer.
