% 29.08.2018 From the status report and the affidavit filed by the respondent No.3 and the current status report, which is subsequently brought on record, we find that the tender in question would be finalized and it is indicated that the entire construction of the bridge in question would be completed by November, 2019, subject to all budgetary sanction made by the Govt. of

NCT of Delhi. We hope that the Govt. of NCT of Delhi would sanction the budget within the time frame fixed and the construction of the bridge would be completed within the period specified in the affidavit brought on record dated 9th March, 2018.
