The same is signed by the parties and their respective counsels. It is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. J.K. Sharma, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff and defendant no.1, and the authorised signatory of defendants.
The terms of settlement recorded in para 2 of the application appears to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of the settlement recorded in this application. The parties shall remain bound by the same.
