Despite service, none appears for respondent Nos.3 and 4. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State informs that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are residents of Surkhi Sagar, MP.

By this petition, the petitioners have sought protection on the ground that they are major and are married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, the petitioner No.2 was a minor when she left her home though she married the petitioner No.1 after she turned major.

Grievance of the petitioner in the petition is that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 have threatened to institute a case under Section 363 IPC. Learned Additional Standing Counsel informs that FIR under Section 363 IPC being FIR No.32/2017 at PS Chowki Bilhara, PS Surkhi Sagar, MP has already been registered. The Investigating Officer who is present in Court today states that the statement of petitioner No.2 is required to be recorded. The Investigating Officer SI Amit Pawar is at liberty to carry on investigation in accordance with law. Since after the initial threat, there is no allegation of any further threat, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court except that in case there is any specific complaint of cognizable offence, SHO PS Shakarpur will take action in accordance with law. 4.
Petition is disposed of.
