W.P.(C) 11048/2017 The limited grievance in the petition is that the appeal filed by the petitioner which is pending before the Court of the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) i.e. the appeal No.28/2017 titled Smt. Kamlesh and Ors. Vs. Sumit Nanda and Anr. filed on 17.10.2017 has neither been heard nor any order has been passed till date. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. Learned counsel for the respondent rightly points out that this appeal having been preferred only after the middle of October, 2017 there is hardly any case made out qua the petitioner to approach

this Court in such a hurry.

Be that as it may, the ADM is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner pending before him expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of six months from today. Petition disposed of.
