% 01.02.2019 In this petition, cancellation of bail granted by the trial court vide order dated 18th September, 2017 is sought.

Mr.M.P. Singh, Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that the accused in this FIR has been acquitted by the trial court. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in default. SUNIL GAUR, J.
