CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BRIJESH SETHI

O R D E R

% 16.12.2019 Petitioner is in custody since 6th November, 2014 in FIR No. 827/2014, registered at police station Minwali Nagar, Delhi for the offences under Sections 364A/328/120B/34 IPC. Vide this application, petitioner has sought ten days' interim bail to attend the marriage function of his real brother-in-law. The marriage was scheduled for 12th December, 2019.

Status report dated 16th December, 2019 has been placed on record by respondent/State, which inter alia states that petitioner has committed a heinous crime and he be not released on interim bail. None had appeared for petitioner on the last date of hearing. Same is the position today. More so, the grounds on which petitioner has sought interim bail, i.e. to attend the marriage function of his real brother-in-law, BAIL APPLN. 2915/2018

scheduled for 12th December, 2019, does not exist anymore. The application is accordingly dismissed in default as well as having become infructuous.
