% 18.12.2018 The petitioner's grievance is that the tender/NIT issued for the purpose of construction of additional classrooms - on 29.09.2018 has not been processed and the procedure adopted by the Government of NCT of Delhi is wrong.

Learned counsel for the respondents, appearing on advance notice, states that the bid validity was extended by the petitioner upto 28.12.2018 and that, most probably, processing would be completed and results known. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no directions are called for.

The writ petition is disposed of.
