% 10.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of two weeks to attend the marriage of his younger brother fixed on 13th December, 2018 and reception on 18th December, 2018.

Vide the order dated 28th November, 2018 the learned Additional Sessions Judge granted permission to the petitioner to be taken to the place of function in custody with police officers in plain clothes. Considering the nature of involvements as also the fact that witnesses have expressed their apprehension of threat, this Court finds no ground to modify the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Petition is dismissed.
