The matter could not be settled before Mediation Centre. 2.
During the course of arguments, it was agreed that the petitioner shall pay Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakh) to the complainant towards dowry articles without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any). On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail.

By an order dated 07.10.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.
Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay `1,00,000/- to the complainant without prejudice, and subject to future adjustment, he is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. He shall pay `1,00,000/- to complainant within four weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft.

It is informed by the complainant's counsel that the petitioner is not appearing in 125 Cr.PC proceedings pending before the Trial Court and the next date of hearing therein is 05.04.2016. 6.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court in the said proceedings on the date fixed.

The bail application stands disposed of.
