Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 4.

The substantive prayer made in the petition reads as follows.:- "Issue a writ of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to decide the application of the applicant wherein the applicant has requested the respondents to comply with and implement the orders dated: 12.07.88, passed by the Consolidation officer, Delhi and thereby making necessary correction/updation in the revenue record of Khewat no: 73 and 85 falling in the revenue estate of village Burari, Delhi, in the light of the orders W.P.(C) 6108/2018

of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated: 04.03.16 and 12.05.16."

Counsel for respondents says that a decision will be rendered on the application of the respondents in terms of orders of Supreme Court and that of the Consolidation Officer.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the respondents to do the needful in the matter within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
