% 14.12.2017 FIR No. 213/2015 under Section 354/506/509 IPC was registered at police station Greater Kailash on the complaint of respondent no. 3, who is daughter of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Laxman Choudhary of police station Greater Kailash.

Respondent no. 2 submits that her daughter, respondent no. 3, is stationed in Mumbai. She submits that she was also present at the time of incident.

She further submits that matter has been amicably settled with the petitioner vide Compromise Deed dated 1st August, 2017.

Photocopy of the compromise deed has been placed on

record at pages 40 and 41. Respondent no.2 has identified her signatures as well as signatures of the respondent no. 3 on the compromise deed. She submits that her daughter has instructed her to convey to this Court that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Statement of respondent no.2, on oath, has already been recorded by the trial court wherein she has confirmed the settlement. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
