C.M. No.12486/2016 (for clarification of order dated 09.2.2016) The undertaking of the petitioner is taken on record. Copy of the same has been furnished to the learned counsel for the respondent. The clarification pressed for in the order dated 09.02.2016 is to the effect that the petitioner also has to pay rent for the month of April, 2015 as also May, 2016 at the rate of Rs.22,000/- per month as the petitioner has agreed to vacate the suit premises only on or before 31.5.2016. These two months inadvertently has been left out in the order. This position is accordingly clarified. It is made clear that the suit pending before the Trial Court

which relates to arrears of rent for the intervening period from December, 2013 to March, 2014 does not form a part of the order dated 09.02.2016.
