It is submitted that on 22.11.2016 the parties approached this Court and got extension of six months. Later the parties have mutually agreed to extend the term of the arbitration till 20.11.2017. Now they have again come before this Court for further extension. Learned counsel for the parties submit that from 22.5.2017 they have extended the term of arbitration mutually till 20.11.2017. It is

submitted the said extension be ratified by the Court and further the term be extended till 31.01.2018. In the circumstances, the period of conducting the arbitral proceedings is extended till 31.01.2018 from 20.11.2017 and the extension done mutually stands ratified. The petition stands disposed of.
