O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties by which insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.12,00,000/- to the claimants over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT. 2.

In terms of the settlement, learned counsel for the insurance company has placed on record cheques bearing nos. 003252 & 003253 both dated 09.02.2018 drawn on HDFC Bank, K.G. Marg, New Delhi in favour of the appellants amounting to Rs.6,00,000/- each. 3.

The settled amount shall be apportioned amongst the appellants in equal proportion. 50% of the enhanced amount shall be kept in FDR in nationalized bank for a period of three years and remaining 50% of the amount shall be released to the claimants by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee in equal proportion subject to verification.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the court Master.
