W.P.(C) 11080/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although seven representations have been made by the petitioner to the Competent Authority and order also having been passed by the Tehsildar on 22.12.2016 directing the Kanoongo to carry out a demarcation. The demarcation has till date still not been carried out. Petitioner has been revisiting the office of the Competent Authority but to no avail. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondents has put in appearance.

Learned counsel for the respondents assures this Court that the

demarcation of the land of the petitioner in terms of his representations as also in terms of the order passed by the Tehsildar on 22.12.2016 followed by the subsequent order dated 08.11.2017 shall be effected expeditiously and positively within an outer limit of eight weeks from today.

Petitioner will appear before the Competent Authority on 20.12.2017 when the date actual demarcation shall be fixed by the Competent Authority.

Petition disposed of.
