% 17.01.2018 Ms. Amrita Prakash, appearing on advance notice for the respondent submits that since the petitioner has approached this Court without even making a representation to the respondent, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent within two weeks. Liberty as prayed for is granted. It is directed that if a representation is made by the petitioner within two weeks before the respondents, the same will be decided within six weeks by a reasoned and speaking order and the decision taken thereupon would be communicated to the petitioner.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondent, he will be entitled to take legal recourse in accordance with law.

The present petition is disposed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
