The application stands disposed-off W.P.(CRL) 3729/2018 The petitioner seeks an extension of parole to continue his medication for the ailment of his fistula. The factum of his undergoing the treatment is not disputed.

In the circumstance, for his uninterrupted road towards medical recovery, his parole is extended by a period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions, as enumerated in the order dated 09.10.2018 passed by the Dy. Secretary (Home).

The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
