% 19.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 Ms. Asha is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Amrender of police station Fatehpur Beri. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 22nd November, 2017. Petitioner has paid `20,000/- to respondent no. 2 towards compensation for the mental harassment suffered by her. She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.95/2015 under Sections 351/354/354B IPC registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
