Mr. Krishan Kumar, Advocate.
versus STATE ..... Respondent Represented by:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA
O R D E R
% 13.12.2017 Aggrieved by the order dated 10th August, 2017 whereby the application of the petitioner seeking first spell of furlough was rejected, the petitioner preferred the present petition.
As per the nominal roll jail conduct of the petitioner is unsatisfactory in the year 2017 itself and the petitioner has been awarded two punishments, that is, one on 13th April, 2017 for recovery of tobacco and other on 4th May, 2017 for using mobile phone.
Furlough is a concession granted to a convict for his good behaviour. In view of the conduct of the petitioner as noted in nominal roll this court finds no illegality in the order dated 10th August, 2017 declining the furlough to the petitioner.
W.P.(CRL) 3486/2017
Petition is dismissed.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
