Mr. Arya is agreeable to the submission made by Mr. Ghose.
Noting the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the concerned MLO shall consider the writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and by giving him a hearing on a date and time, to be intimated by him, pass a reasoned order.
