After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed, but, as prayed for on behalf of the appellant, liberty is granted to the appellant o move the trial court for reduction/waiver of costs of Rs.5 lakhs imposed by the trial court on the appellant/plaintiff in terms of para 64 of the impugned judgment dated 3.11.2017.
