O R D E R

% 26.09.2018 Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 28.08.2018 before the Delhi High Court Conciliation and Mediation Centre. The settlement agreement is duly signed by the parties and the respective learned counsel for the parties. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in para 6 of the Agreement. The terms and conditions of the agreement are legal and valid.

It has also been pointed out that in terms of the settlement agreement, a sum of Rs.35,000/- has been paid by the defendants to the Chief Minister Distress Relief Fund, Govt. of Kerala.

The parties will abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement. The suit is decreed in terms of para 6 of the settlement agreement dated 28.08.2018. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees in terms of the Court Fees Act.
