Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a refund order which includes interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that full interest as per Section 42 of the Delhi Value Added Tax, 2004 has not been paid. 3.
In case the respondent has not paid the full interest, the tax authority would pass a speaking order giving reasons why full interest has not been paid and state the period for which interest has been denied. The said order would be passed by the authority within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order with reasons will be communicated to the petitioner by the speed post. In case petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10.01.2018, or the order which would be passed, he is at
liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
