BAIL APPLN. 2565/2017 1.

The report dated 30.01.2018 of the medical board has been received from All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) which has opined that though the petitioner requires treatment, but he could be treated as an OPD patient.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner prays that the interim protection be extended till 28.02.2018 and thereafter the petitioner shall surrender on the said date without seeking any further extension BAIL APPLN. 2565/2017

of interim bail and would seek remedy of regular bail in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the interim protection granted to the petitioner is extended till 28.02.2018. The petitioner shall surrender on or before the said date.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of above. 5.
