Petitioners, in these proceedings, impugn order on charge. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since there was no stay of the trial, trial has concluded and the petitioners CRL.REV.P. 925/2017

have already been acquitted by the trial court and as such the petitions have become infructuous.
