% 15.12.2017 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith as new material in the nature of documents has surfaced, post the impugned decision, indicating that two rooms were not part of one composite tenancy but separate tenancies were created in their respect, which could not be presented earlier before the Rent Controller inspite of due diligence, the petitioners seeking to approach the said court in review.
