O R D E R

% 12.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement Deed dated 6th October, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 268/2013 under Sections 347/388/34 IPC registered at police station Binda Pur, on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Kartar Singh of police station Binda Pur. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He admits having the received entire settled amount of `40,000/- from the petitioner. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice,

aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
