% 13.07.2017 The petitioner limits his prayer in the present petition to an expeditious conclusion of the investigation of the FIR No. 178/2013 dated 20.07.2013 (PS EOW) instituted for the offence under sections 420/120B of the IPC.

Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, learned ASC submits, on instructions, that the investigation is almost complete and shortly a report under section 173 Cr.P.C. is to be submitted.

On this statement made on behalf of the state, Mr.Maninder Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
