Garg, Principal, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College (President, DUPA), Delhi, Branch Manager, Bank of India, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi through counsel. Mr. Sanjay Jain, Additional Solicitor General (Amicus Curiae) has produced an order communicated through Secretary General, Supreme Court of India appointing him as Amicus Curiae. He adds that he received a telephonic information also from mobile No. 7678615486 as well as a mail was forwarded on his official ID and that the petitioner along with his son has briefed him during lunch time today and handed over letter No. D. No. 3703/CJIS/17-18/SCI (11/12/2017) dated 11.12.2017 duly stamped by the office of Secretariat of Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court of India. Mr.
Rahul Mehra, Senior Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State informs the Court that the entire material placed by the petitioner for execution of the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India is fake, forged and fabricated. He adds that the status of the PIL before the Hon'ble Supreme Court was verified where it has been revealed that an application was filed in the name of Dr. Mahabir Prasad Yadav vide diary No. 40266/2017 and the same was dismissed with the orders that "no action taken since contents of the complaint are not covered under PIL guidelines." He also adds that the petitioner had also moved the Court of ACMM, Rohini Courts, Delhi on the basis of similar documents and an FIR No.
420/2017 dated 30.11.2047 under Section 464/465/466/469/500/501/34 IPC and Section 66(D) of IT Act has already
been registered at Police Station - Bharat Nagar against the petitioner. He further submits that all the documents are created, manufactured and no PIL was filed, no judgment was delivered. Moreso, the imprisonment of 20 years without trial is unknown to Indian Judicial System and every person has fallen into the trap laid down by the petitioner. Heard.
It is necessary to place on record that I had also received the copy of the judgment dated 05.12.2017 through e-mail ID naveensaxenasci@gmail.com forwarded by Baljeet Yadav from the Secretariat of the Chief Justice of India along with a whatsapp message on my mobile phone from mobile No. 7678615486 for complying with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court before the 15.12.2017. It is further pertinent to add that on 08.12.2017, a call was received from the Secretariat of the Chief Justice of India to facilitate the petitioner (who is blind) to have the matter listed urgently on the same day as the Court were closing and the compliance of the order had to be effected before 15.12.2017. Telephonic direction was further given to Nijesh Kumar, Assistant Court Master at 10:06 a.m. to follow up the matter so that the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court are complied without delay. The matter came to be listed on 08.12.2017 at 3:00 p.m. through proper channel. All compliance notices were issued through special messenger for 11.12.2017 at 4:00 p.m.
Today, a communication No. F. No. 57/1/AMK+1/2017/SG(J) dated 07.12.2017 to the Registrar (Listing), Delhi High Court has also been placed
on record by the Registry that the communication is fake and forged and no such communication has been sent either from Secretary General, Supreme Court of India or from the office of Secretary General, Supreme Court of India.
In this background, I deem it appropriate and necessary to direct the SHO PS-Tilak Marg, who has been called through office to take charge of the petitioner. The SHO, PS-Tilak Marg is provided the copy of the entire record to investigate the matter and take appropriate action under intimation to this Court.
Deputy Registrar (Crl.) shall keep the documents in a sealed cover. Registrar (Listing) shall at his end verify the genuineness of the entire record filed by the petitioner.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the Signatures of Court Master to the Senior Standing Counsel (Crl.), SHO, PS-Tilak Marg, Registrar (Listing).
